REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
The Regional Planning Commission will consider four new business items at its December 18 meeting. They will vote on recommending a rezoning of Cooks Valley Road from R-1B to R-3, a proposed Sullivan County development moratorium, and two text amendments to zoning rules covering cryptocurrency mining and residential foundation requirements. The commission will also approve minutes from prior meetings and handle any consent items.
