Special Council Meeting Continued Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at 5:00 PM Rose Creek City Hall Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of Rose Creek was held, Tuesday, March 10. 2026, with the following present: Mayor Andrew Leisen, Council Members Andrew Felten, Mark Conradt, Wendel Sprung, Tom Lewison, Jodi Mandt Interim City Clerk/Treasurer. Mayor Andrew Leisen opened the special meeting of the City Council at 5:00 p.m. with the reciting of the Pledge of Allegiance. Interviews for open clerk/treasurer position. Interviews were conducted with three applicants. Motion made by Tom Lewison, seconded by Mark Conradt, to offer Nicole Carroll at the payrate of $28.00 per hour with an increase of $4.00 per hour after a 90-day probationary period, paid vacation at a rate of one hour per 17.33 hours worked, up to 120 hours per calendar year, paid sick time (ESST) at a rate of one hour per 30 hours worked with a maximum accumulation 80 hours per calendar year, and paid time off for federal holidays. All PTO amounts per the Rose Creek Employee Personal Policy.
