The Milaca Planning Commission will hold public hearings and consider a conditional use permit, preliminary plat, and final plat from Mitch Long (ML Homes) for the Birch Country Addition, a proposed 4-lot detached single-family development on a 0.82-acre parcel at 10th Street NE and 3rd Avenue NE.
