1. Request to Remove 3418 S Oakwood Drive from the Millcreek Historic Sites and
Districts List pursuant to Section 18.73.060(G)(2) of the Millcreek Code of Ordinances
On May 22, 2026, the owners of 3418 S Oakwood submitted their request to have the home
removed. The home is listed as a contributing site to the Evergreen National Historic District.
Unlike other properties in the neighborhood the subject property is not discussed in the
narrative, its only mention is on the map showing the contributing structures in the
neighborhood. Millcreek included the Evergreen National Historic District in its historic sites
and districts list of an update to the Historic Preservation Ordinance in 2022. The owner may
request the removal of the historic resource from the list in writing. The applicant and staff are
working on a plan to document the home before its destruction. The code does not
