Planning Commission

The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing regarding a master sign program for five industrial buildings at the DePaul – Cochrane Technology Center. The proposal covers approximately 29 acres located near DePaul Road and Cochrane Road. The commission is asked to adopt a resolution approving the signage program.

City Council

The Morgan Hill City Council will consider an ordinance to amend salaries for the Mayor and Council members. The agenda includes approvals for several development maps and various service contracts. The Council will also provide direction regarding potential term limits.

Parks & Recreation Commission

The commission will review the minutes from the November 21, 2023 meeting. Members will discuss work plan updates and receive an update on park planning. The Public Services Director will also present a calendar of Parks & Recreation events.

The Commission will review reports from the County Librarian, Morgan Hill Library, Friends of the Morgan Hill Library, and the Historical Society. Business includes a request for financial support regarding an art exhibition and a debrief of the 2023 International Celebration.
