Environmental Planning Commission

The Mountain View Environmental Planning Commission will approve minutes from its April 3, June 6, and June 26, 2024 meetings. Commissioners will study a proposed framework for the Citywide Transportation Demand Management Ordinance and will recommend it to the City Council. The commission will hold a public hearing on a code amendment to Chapter 36 that would modify sections 36.40.05, .10, .15, .20 and add section 36.40.16 to govern rent increases for below-market-rate housing, and will recommend adoption of the ordinance to the City Council, noting that it is not subject to CEQA.
