The Planning Commission unanimously approved the five‑year 2025‑2029 Consolidated Plan and the FY 2025‑2026 Action Plan under the CDBG and HOME programs (PC 17‑107). It also adopted amendments to the 2045 Comprehensive Plan creating a new NW 7th Avenue Cultural Arts and Innovation Overlay District and extending its boundary to 143 St (PC 17‑108). A recommendation to prohibit new nightclubs on the west side of 7th Avenue was approved alongside the plan (PC 17‑109). All motions passed 6‑0.
