Board of Zoning and Building Appeals

The Commission approved the December 15, 2020 meeting minutes and re-certified the Firefighter-Paramedic Class C Top 10 List and Eligibility List, and the Patrolman Class C Entrance Eligibility Top 10 List and Eligibility List, all 3-0, after a withdrawal request from Adam Buga and the appointment of Patrolman Carlos Velez. It also approved certification of payroll per Rule I, Section 3, 3-0. A recommendation to repeal Rule VIII, Section 2 (certification no more than three times) was discussed but no vote was taken; Assistant Law Director Toni Morgan said it would come up for a vote at the next meeting. The Commission received a retirement letter from Lieutenant Robert Knowlton effective February 1, 2021.
