The minutes for the March 12, 2026 Rent Leveling Board were approved. 2. Landlord/Tenant issues: 1. 688 Passaic Avenue – Tenants call to complain that the landlord presented a rent increase in excess of that permitted by the Township Code. The landlord was advised that compliance with the code was not an option despite being told by the prior owner’s attorney that there would be new tenants and the rent could be brought to market. The new owner agreed to comply with the code. 3. Board members were reminded to file their disclosure statement. The meeting adjourned at 4:10 PM
