The City Council and City staff attended the Water Reuse and Nutrient Removal Facility
Ribbon Cutting. This facility allows for water reuse at Lakeside Sports Park, Springwater Park,
and Sleepy Ridge Golf course. This was approved on July 23, 2003 for up to 9,600 acre-feet per
year of reuse water. This will reduce potable water demand and promote sustainable growth.
