Palm Bay Planning Board to weigh 86-lot Richmond Cove subdivision, carwash, and zoning changes

The Palm Bay Planning and Zoning Board will hold a regular meeting on January 5, 2022, to consider multiple land-use items, including a zoning change for a carwash, a final development plan for an 86-lot single-family subdivision, and several comprehensive plan and zoning amendments. The board will also review two textual amendments to the zoning code regarding contractor's offices and dog training uses. These are advisory recommendations that will go to the City Council for final decisions.
