Historical Commission
The Peabody Historical Commission elected Jeff Budd as chairman and Deborah Eskenazi as vice chairman, with Mike Bonfanti serving until Budd is ready. The commission also approved minutes from previous meetings and voted to request no trespassing signs for cemeteries. Discussions included tightening the demolition delay ordinance and improving historic district signage.

Licensing Board
The Peabody Licensing Board unanimously approved the 2021 liquor license renewal for Polivios, Inc. d/b/a Brothers Kouzina at 23 Newbury Street. The board also voted unanimously to schedule a public hearing on February 22, 2021, to consider revoking that same license. No one-day license requests were received. The meeting was held remotely via Zoom due to the Governor's COVID-19 orders.
