✓ Decided: Council introduces cannabis overlay for Bobo Court site

The City Council introduced and waived first reading of an ordinance establishing a limited overlay district for a 1.03-acre site at 1416 Bobo Court, and approved commercial cannabis permits and an operating agreement with E7 Pittsburg LLC (Element 7). The vote was 4-0 with one absence. The council also introduced an ordinance for electronic filing of campaign disclosure statements, adopted a minute order for the COVID-19 Youth/Young Adult Ambassador Program, and approved the consent calendar. A separate cannabis permit for Canna Analytical, Inc. was continued to a date uncertain.
