Commissioner Dawn McDonald represented the South County Bloc; no representatives were present for the Central County or Ridge Blocs. Advisory Council members in attendance included Wayne Gaither (FDOT), Ryan Kordek (Polk TPO), and Dane Norman (Polk County Legal). Chairwoman Trish Pfeiffer welcomed new TPO Board members, Commissioners Terry Coney and Ashley Troutman of Lakeland, and acknowledged updated titles for several board members. 3.
