The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.
The Board noted that the applications of 38 Prospect Avenue and 14 Bay Avenue
would be adjourned to the next Board meeting date, and such hearing would be subject
to posting, publishing and mailing of legal notices.
The Board noted that 209 Glen Cove Ave LLC requested that its application be
marked off calendar. On motion by the Chair, seconded by Mr. Brady, and adopted four
votes in favor (and Ms. Casey not yet present), the Board determined to mark the hearing
off calendar for a period of up to three (3) months.
Ms. Casey arrived at the meeting.
The Board opened the public hearing on the application of Do the Cliff Inc., 227-

those present, the Board approved the minutes of the meeting on 5/11/2026.
On a motion by Deputy Mayor Pinto seconded by Mayor Villafane and unanimously approved by
those present, the Mayor was authorized to sign the Employee Assistance Program Services
Agreement with the Long Island Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence, Inc., in the amount
of $1,500.0 for a term of one year effective June 1, 2026.
On a motion by Deputy Mayor Pinto seconded by Mayor Villafane and unanimously approved by
those present, the Board authorized the removal of a “Children at Play” sign in front of 356
