Neighborhood Improvement Commission
Commission elects new chair and vice chair
The Neighborhood Improvement Commission will hold a special meeting to elect its chair and vice chair. Commissioners will assign neighborhoods for the House of the Month program and discuss the bi‑annual Business of the Quarter program. The commission will also review attendance at city events, conduct a study session on the FY 2026/27 work‑plan, and discuss the budget for project proposals.

Seaside Homeless Commission to elect officers and distribute challenge coins
The Seaside Homeless Commission will meet to approve minutes from December 2025, distribute challenge coins to community partners, and hold elections for Chair and Vice Chair. The body will also discuss developing an advocacy plan to address homelessness.
