The Planning and Zoning Commission approved the January 11, 2024 meeting minutes. It held two public hearings on requests from Quest Trust Company FBO Rudy Susantio IRA 33776-11 concerning Keating Kove Acres Lot 4 — a zoning change to the H-1200-4300 Historical District and a replat — and in both cases the applicant was not present and no one spoke for or against. The commission voted to table the rezoning request until a plat is submitted and to table the replat until the applicant submits the plat in proper form.
