Board of Supervisors
The Spotsylvania County Board of Supervisors will vote on consent agenda items including contracts for the Belmont Park Project and medical billing services, plus several appointments and personnel changes. Public hearings are scheduled for a rezoning (Porchlight Commons) and a Verizon tower co-location. The board will also vote on a Sheetz site plan and discuss a redistricting proposal.

Planning Commission
The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing regarding a special use permit for an RV campground. The body will also vote on a rezoning request for residential units in the Battlefield District.

- R21-0003: Rezoning of 3.217 acres from RU to R-3 for 2 single-family detached units (John W. Pendleton)
Planning Commission
The Planning Commission will hold worksessions to discuss two rezoning requests. One request involves developing a residential community on approximately 13.86 acres in the Berkeley District.
- R21-0007: Proposed rezoning of 13.86 acres at 7204 Massaponax Church Road and 8601 Courthouse Road from Rural to Mixed Use 2 for 37 single family detached and 18 single family attached dwellings

Planning Commission
