Zoning Administrator Hearing

City Council
The City Council will consider amendments to the Downtown Specific Plan to allow more residential units and office space on South Mathilda Avenue. The agenda also includes votes on new zoning ordinances regarding parking, family child care homes, and accessory dwelling units. Additionally, the council will review a $235,000 increase in legal fees for ongoing litigation.

Planning Commission
The commission will hold study sessions regarding mixed-use and apartment projects at 877 West Fremont Avenue and 1150-1170 Kifer Road. Members will also consider a recommendation to increase non-residential housing mitigation fees. Additionally, the commission will review a proposal for a new hotel at 1220 Oakmead Parkway.
