Arts Commission

City Council
The City Council will consider adopting the Fiscal Year 2026/27 budget, fee schedule, and appropriations limit. They will also vote on proposed utility rate increases of 7.5% for water, 7% for wastewater, and 3% for solid waste. Other items include a $1.28M contract for Serra Park renovation, an ordinance banning rental of vehicles for human habitation, and calling a November 2026 election for three charter amendments.

Sustainability Commission

The Planning Commission will hold a study session on an 8-unit townhouse project at 781 S Wolfe Rd, then a public hearing to recommend extending the citywide moratorium on new smoke shops for 10 more months, and to decide on a Special Development Permit for an 8-story, 265-unit apartment building with a park at 1215 Bordeaux Dr. The consent calendar includes approval of previous meeting minutes.

The Planning Commission approved a Moffett Park Special Development Permit for an 8-story, 265-unit apartment building with a neighborhood park at 1215 Bordeaux Dr. They also recommended that the City Council extend the urgency interim ordinance imposing a temporary moratorium on new smoke shops for an additional 10 months and 15 days. The Consent Calendar, including minutes from May 26, 2026 with a correction, was approved.
