The Salt Lake City Council will hold a public hearing to consider an ordinance rezoning properties at approximately 1990 and 2002 South 500 East from R-1/5000 (single-family) to RMF-35 (moderate density multi-family), and amending the Central Community Future Land Use Map from Low to Medium Density Residential.
