The Weber County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. in the County Commission Chambers at the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden. The commission will take public comment on a proposal to rezone about 33 acres from the A-1 Agriculture Zone to roughly 31 acres of FB Form-Based Zone and 2 acres of O-1 Open Space Zone. The proposal includes a development agreement for about 16 acres and could allow townhomes and detached single-family homes, make previously approved but now nonconforming lots in The Barn at Terakee Farms conforming, and preserve land for a future public pathway along the Hooper Canal.
