Rezoning of 25 acres at 2112 E. Broadway for Nike Park

The City Council will consider rezoning approximately 25 acres of city-owned land to a park district. The council will also review a development agreement providing TIF assistance for 192 multi-family housing units near St. Paul Avenue. Additionally, the council will review a letter of intent regarding excess City Hall property and cemetery price updates.
