Parks & Recreation Advisory Board

Historic District Commission

Design Review Advisory Committee

The Design Review Advisory Committee will hold a special meeting to continue discussing a formal referral from the Town Council regarding a proposed zone change at 29 Highland Street to allow a 112-unit multifamily development. The project would rezone about 2.3 acres from single-family to multifamily with a Special Development District overlay. The committee previously held study sessions and referral sessions. Design Review Advisory Committee

This special meeting of the Design Review Advisory Committee includes a formal referral from the Town Council regarding a proposed zone change at 29 Highland Street. Town Council
