Planning Commission

The commission approved the April 10, 2025 minutes and the April 24, 2025 minutes, each with a unanimous vote. A legislative public hearing was held on LA 25-01, a FEMA NFIP compliance amendment, and the commission will recommend Option 2 to the City Council, but no final decision was made.

Planning Commission

The commission approved Modification of Conditions MOC 25-01, increasing fueling pumps from six to twelve at the US Market gas station on 2115 Molalla Rd, with a unanimous vote. The meeting also recorded that the May 8, 2025 Planning Commission meeting was cancelled. Staff discussed upcoming May 22 agenda on FEMA wetland requirements.

Planning Commission

The commission approved the minutes from Dec. 12, 2024; Jan. 23, 2025; and Feb. 27, 2025 by unanimous vote. It then voted unanimously to approve DR 25‑01, the Checkpoint 211 Food Cart Pod, with conditions of approval and an order for the chair’s signature. The meeting was adjourned after these actions.

Planning Commission
