BUDGET PRESENTATION/DISCUSSION Update and City Wide Recap Finance Director Vaissiere presented an update and City-wide recap of the proposed Fiscal Year 2026-2027 budget. She stated that the presentation summarized the June and July budget workshops and reflected several significant changes. Staff report, please. Thank you, Chair. City staff sent out public notice within 500 feet of the subject property shown on this aerial map in yellow. The applicant is requesting a variance from Article 3, Section 21-3802D to allow a 6-foot opaque fence on the property line in lieu of the requirement on a side corner yard lot with a setback of 10 feet from the Lamont side. The applicant was once before the board and had requested a variance for a 10-foot side yard corner setback. The applicant provided this sketch showing what that current 10-yard or 10-foot side yard setback would look like. It would be on the back south corner against Lamont Street against the house.
