City Council

Recreation & Cultural Services Board

Planning and Zoning Board

The Planning and Zoning Board will hold public hearings on two variance requests. One seeks to allow a 6-foot fence at the property line instead of the required 10-foot setback at 202 Hubbell Street. The other requests to reduce a landscape buffer from 35 to 20 feet and permit a chain-link fence at 2611-2623 Guava Drive. The board will also hear a Department Director's Report.

The Board approved two variance requests: VA-2605 allows a six-foot fence on the property line at 202 Hubbell Street, and VA-2606 allows a 20-foot landscape buffer with vinyl or masonry fencing instead of the required 35-foot buffer at 2611-2623 Guava Drive. Both motions passed unanimously (7-0).
