Council heard the Charter Review Commission's final report on 10 recommended charter amendments and agreed to place all of them on the consent agenda for introduction at the July 20 meeting. The amendments cover topics such as eliminating the mayoral primary when only two candidates file, transferring zoning appeal duties to the Planning Commission, and changing the charter review cycle from every five to every ten years.
