Aug. 3 — District Operations and School Safety Committee. Aug. 4 — Curriculum and Instruction Committee. Presentations cover EL Proficiency preliminary 2025–2026 results, a New English Language Proficiency Standards update, an MOU between Laredo ISD, Laredo College, and TAMIU, STAAR performance results, and TIA Spending Plan updates.
Aug. 6 — Business and Support Services Committee. Budget amendments include a $900,676 increase for the Capital Projects Fund and $405,564 for IT arrangements. Vendor contracts on the agenda total $700,000 for janitorial and disposable products, $150,000 for musical instruments and equipment, and $130,000 for kitchen equipment. The committee will also review renewal of a services agreement with the Texas A&M International University Training Center.
