Sag Harbor Board Approves $68,200 Traffic Study, Extends Pilot Program

The Sag Harbor Village Board approved a $68,200 traffic study and extended a neighborhood traffic mitigation pilot by 120 days at its August 14 meeting. Approved projects include The Maycroft House at 42 Bay Street, a second-story addition and renovations for 82 Glover Street LLC, renovations for Samuel and Katherine McPherson at 32 Eastville Avenue, and a renovation and pool replacement for 114 Harrison Street LLC. Also approved were applications for 180 Madison LLC, 84 Milton LLC, and 71 Walker Avenue. Several applications were tabled to the August 13 meeting, including those for 121 Madison Street, 60 Bluff Point Road, 38 Harrison Street, and 9 Wooded Path.
