Menasha Common Council to vote on $3.2M in debt notes; July 6 meeting outcomes still pending

The Common Council was set to vote on accounts payable and payroll totaling $3,922,809.62, a temporary expansion of premises permit at 544 Fourth Street (effective July 18 and August 1, 2026), and the transfer of real estate at 1100 Province Terrace, Parcel 770001504, from the Redevelopment Authority to Greater Fox Cities Area Habitat for Humanity. Updates on the WIS 114 reconstruction (Manitowoc St–Melissa St corridor) and rehabilitation of 2 Tayco Street were also listed, with the Tayco Street item marked for closed-session discussion. A resolution acknowledging the 2025 compliance report was on the agenda.
The Board of Public Works was scheduled to consider a change order reducing the Jefferson Park Boat Launch cost by $48,825.77, a final payment of $105,527.21 to Northeast Asphalt Inc. for that project, and a payment of $222,504.60 to Donald Hietpas & Sons, Inc. for 2026 utility construction.
