- A 222-unit residential development at 3000 Clearview Way and 3155 Clearview Way.
- A 76,767-square-foot self-storage facility at 922–980 S. Claremont Street.
The Commission was also set to elect its Chair and Vice Chair.
Personnel Board Special Meeting — July 28
The Personnel Board agenda included approval of minutes from its July 2, 2025 regular meeting, election of a Chair and Vice Chair, and a closed session to hear a public employee appeal of discipline under Government Code Section 54957(b). The meeting was scheduled with a possible end time of 11 p.m.
