July 13 Town Council agendas
Two Town Council meetings were scheduled July 13. One agenda listed a public hearing and action on a zoning variance for 116 Swisher Road, requested by Mark Gonzalez to build an accessory structure larger than currently allowed by lot size requirements. That agenda also included approval of minutes from the December 16, 2024, meeting.
A second July 13 agenda, labeled a worksession, included discussion of certificates of obligation, a Film Friendly Texas community liaison appointment and filming guidelines, a resolution for membership in the North Central Texas Council of Governments, an ordinance to create a Park Advisory Committee, a resolution to open a bank account for Shady Shores Park Projects donations, and filing of the FY2026/27 budget draft.
Both July 13 agendas are listed as agenda-only, with minutes not yet published.
