Smyrna council set to vote on $608,205 aquatic facility change order as late-July meeting outcomes await minutes

Smyrna's Mayor and Council were scheduled to adopt the 2026 millage rate and act on roughly $685,000 in vehicle and contract purchases at their July 20 meeting, but minutes from that session and other late-July meetings have not yet been published, so outcomes cannot be confirmed. The most consequential dollar item now on the table is a $608,205.67 change order for the Tolleson Aquatic Facility Project, scheduled for the August 3 council meeting.
