Plainfield boards weigh major development, infrastructure contracts in July meetings

- **Altura:** A zone map amendment of 28.5 acres from AG to RF, plus a master development plan for 21 single-family homes and 312 multi-family units — 333 units total.
- **Artisan:** A conditional zone map amendment of 18.62 acres to R-4 Medium Density Residential.
The commission was also scheduled to approve minutes from its June 1, 2026 meeting. No outcomes are confirmed; minutes have not been published.
Redevelopment Commission to vote on Airtech amendment
The Redevelopment Commission also met July 6. The agenda listed a vote on the 5th Amendment to the Airtech Workforce Housing Campus agreement, with Jake Rupp of Helix33 identified in connection with the item. The commission was also scheduled to receive the TIF Yearly Report, presented by Sam Schrader of Baker Tilly, and to approve minutes from its June 1, 2026 meeting.
