Village Board — July 14
The Village Board had the fullest agenda of the stretch. It was set to hold a public hearing and consider amendments to Chapter 400 Floodplain Zoning, which governs building and development rules in flood-prone areas of the village.
Also on the agenda: a proposal for a 4-unit townhome on Lot 63 in Pheasant Ridge Run, a conditional use permit for a community garden at 409 State Street, and a request to allow five dogs at a proposed residence on Hudson Street.
