He noted this was the tenth time City staffhas had to respond to the property for ordinance compliance since 2019 andthe first time they had received a Special Assessment. Mr. Wetzel stated staff recommendation is to uphold the Special Assessment. Alderperson Rebstock noted the resident was not present. Alderperson Edwards noted habitual ordinance compliance issues.
