The Pennsbury School District Board will vote on resolutions authorizing bond financing for the new Pennsbury High School project and other capital improvements. One resolution would allow a private placement bond anticipation note and a public offering bond anticipation note, each not to exceed $95,000,000 for interim financing. A second resolution would amend a May 21, 2026 resolution to authorize a bond of up to $105,000,000 to fund the project and repay interim financing.
