2.14: WHISTLE-BLOWER PROTECTION.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED AND ORDERED BY THE COUNTY COMMISSION OF
CASS COUNTY, MISSOURI, THAT, the General Personnel Policies Manual is hereby
amended as follows:
2.14 Whistle-Blower Policy
The County is committed to conducting its operations in compliance with all applicable county,
state, and federal laws. Employees who, in good faith, report suspected violations of law or
misconduct are protected from retaliation, including discipline or termination, as a result of
making such a report. Any employee who believes that the County or a County employee has
violated county, state, or federal law should promptly submit the concern in writing to his or her
