Health Department Reports
Family Planning Program Update – Robin
Robin provided an overview of the Title X Family Planning Program. Delta County Public Health is a
subrecipient of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), which receives federal
Title X funding through the Office of Population Affairs (OPA). At CDPHE, the program is referred to as the
Family Planning Program (FPP). The goal of Title X is to promote healthy families and allow individuals to
