The Eagle County Land Use Regulation Reform Project Advisory Committee will continue discussing revisions to the county’s proposed new land-use code. The meeting will include a presentation from the Eagle River Water and Sanitation District on landscaping and turf provisions, a review of proposed changes to parking tables, and further discussion of development impact mitigation requirements, including environmental impacts, operations, and water/wastewater rules.

We will first hear a presentation from the Eagle River Water and Sanitation District regarding the District's comments and recommendations as to the landscaping and turf provisions proposed for the new code. Attached is a copy of the District's public comment document. We will also discuss proposed changes to the parking tables contained in Chapter 3, Division 3.3.3.2 of the proposed new code. Attached is a copy of the parking table as originally proposed, and a copy of the parking table as revised. Finally, we will continue our discussion of Chapter 5 of the proposed new code, "Development Impact Mitigation and Dedication Requirements". In particular, we will discuss proposed provisions for Environmental Impacts and Environmental Impact Reports, Operations, and Water and Wastewater. Eagle County approves $10 million for Nottingham Ranch conservation easements
The Board of County Commissioners approved funding for land conservation and updated the operating hours for the Motor Vehicle Division. The board also discussed wildfire resilience codes and regional housing authority structures with the Town of Avon.
