approving the minutes.

A. Update on Roofs
Zach Zannoni shared that he has some information to share with the Town
Manager, so he thinks that it is important to have a discussion with this
committee. Also, regarding the status of the current study we will discuss our
role as a committee in that.
We need to get everyone brought up to speed as our meetings have been
routinely canceled on the recommendation of staff who are not in attendance
this evening. We will also read into the minutes the email from the Town
Manager.
Zach believes that at one point it was believed that if we moved students to
Alcorn, that would provide the reimbursement necessary for funding. John
Dague does not think it is feasible so it may have been an erroneous
assumption. The third floor of Alcorn is leaking.
Some of these roofs still fall under the roof referendum so we can still use that.
It just doesn’t make sense to bond them.
