Sunnyvale Library Board

Planning and Zoning Commission

Town Council

Sunnyvale Library Board

Sunnyvale Library Board

Town Council

Planning and Zoning Commission
The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider recommending approval of a Planned Development amendment to allow a temporary concrete batch plant for constructing 34 new single-family homes and infrastructure in The Homestead Phase 7. The commission will also select two members for the Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee and discuss training opportunities for officials. Consent agenda includes approval of June 18, 2025 meeting minutes.

The Planning and Zoning Commission approved, with conditions, a Planned Development ordinance amendment allowing a one-time temporary concrete batch plant to facilitate construction of 34 new single-family homesites in The Homestead Phase 7. The vote was 6-0, with Chair Jerry Johnson abstaining. The Commission also unanimously approved the June 18 meeting minutes (7-0) and appointed Vice Chair Kevin Points and Member Bronson Blackson to the Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee.
