In attendance on Zoom: Howard Trenholme. Staff in attendance: Airport Director Steven Gleason, and Sarah Johnson. Presentations by: Judd Hill and Thorsen Milton from Lochner, and Alvin Chung from Redtail Aviation. Citizens to Be Heard During the “Citizens to Be Heard” portion of the board meeting, no members of the public came forward to speak. General Business – Action Items – Discussion and Consideration of Approval Approve Airport Board Minutes for May 4, 2026. Audit Committee Meeting 09 JAN 2026 Attending: Commissioners Winfield, Martinez, Hadler. Consultants Karen Kurtin (Forvis Mazars), Julian Metcalf (GPP Analytics) and Mike Whipple (Richey May). Motion by Hadler to approve the minutes Second by Martinez Passes 3-0 Review and approval of engagement letter from Richey May. Julian noted the engagement letters seems fairly standard. APPROVED Grand County Public Library Minutes for the Regular Board of Directors Meeting January 8, 2026 5:30 pm Board Room, Grand County Public Library In attendance for the January 8, 2026 Grand County Public Library Board meeting held in the Board Room at the Grand County Public Library, were as follows: Michele Widera, Anne Clare Erickson, Rowan List, and Brian Parkin. Also present were Carrie Valdes, Library Director; and Meghan Flynn, Assistant Director (minutes). Trish Hedin, Jackie Hoyer, and Alyssa Sherman were absent. Michele called the meeting to order at 5:32 p.m. Approval of the minutes for the November 20, 2025 meeting was discussed. Brian made a motion to approve the minutes as presented. Michele seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. The library bills were passed around for review. There were no Citizens to be Heard. Carrie delivered a Director’s Report to the Board. The library’s 2025 budget will likely be underspent. Final disbursement from the Grand County Treasurer’s office doesn’t post until January 10 so the Board can expect a more detailed 2025 budget review at the next meeting. The library’s 2025 statistics show that library staff did an especially good job with program offerings over the last year. The HVAC project is still progressing. Work crews will return to the library to work on the thermostats and replace a missing part in one of the main units.
