The Committee of the Council decided to maintain its three-member structure to efficiently review compensation, travel, and ethics. Members agreed to implement annual ethics compliance certifications and to begin listing travel expenses on public agendas. The group divided research duties to develop policy concepts for future full Council consideration.

Senior Advisory Board - Advisory Board Meeting

The Senior Advisory Board approved its 2025-2026 Annual Report without objection, with Barry Mitsch moving and John Tramontin seconding. The board also recognized outgoing members Barry Mitsch and Lily Chen, who roll off after this meeting. The August 5, 2026 meeting was canceled for lack of quorum, and the June 3, 2026 minutes were approved. Most of the meeting was staff updates and discussion rather than formal decisions.
