The City Council will review public comments on proposed five-year goals and vision statements, including suggested language changes to address RV camping and educational systems. Administrator Nebel distributed and reviewed additional citizen feedback on the Council Goals.
The vision statement and Council goals were presented to citizens at July 21 and 22, 2026
Community meetings. Based on comments received at those meetings, Administrator Nebel
recommended the following changes:

actual conflict of interest as her brother-in-law worked at Public Works. It was noted that recent

participate in discussion and vote when considering adoption of the budget.
