Regular Meeting Minutes
July 1, 2026
Board President, Anthony Alford, called to order the Board Meeting of the Terrebonne Levee and Conservation
District at the Terrebonne Levee & Conservation District Office located at 220A Clendenning Road, Houma,
Louisiana, at 6:00 P.M. on Wednesday, July 1, 2026.
Angela Hidalgo led the opening prayer and Commissioner Henry led the Pledge of Allegiance to the American
Flag.
Upon the roll call by Mrs. Hidalgo, Commissioners recorded as present: Chauvin, Walker, Davis, Henry,
Moore, and Alford. There were three Commissioners recorded as absent, Tenner Cenac, Arlanda Smith and
Jeff Daisy.
Under approval of minutes, there was a motion by Commissioner Chuavin, seconded by Commissioner
Walker, to approve the meeting minutes dated June 17, 2026. The motion passed without objection.
Under Management’s Report, Jonathan Gautreaux gave updates on the closing of the floodgates with Tropical
Storm Arthur. A couple of the floodgates had minor issues which were addressed. He also spoke about the in-
housework on J-2.
Trey Middleton gave updates on Reach H2/H3, Upper Reach I, PAC West levee that we are assisting the LWDF
with, and Upper Reach K.
Under Finance Committee Matters, Jack Moore asked the board to approve the APTIM invoice #750109 in the amount
of $391,523.50. Motion by Commissioner Henry, Second by Commissioner Davis. The motion passed without objection.

May 20, 2026
Finance Chairman, Jack Moore called to order the Board Meeting of the Terrebonne Levee and
Conservation District at the Terrebonne Levee & Conservation District Office located at 220A
Clendenning Road, Houma, Louisiana, at 6:00 P.M. on Wednesday, May 20, 2026.
Angela Hidalgo led the opening prayer and Commissioner Henry led the Pledge of Allegiance to the
American Flag.
Upon the roll call by Mrs. Hidalgo, Commissioners recorded as present: Walker, Moore, Chauvin,
Davis, Daisy, Smith and Henry There were two Commissioners recorded as absent, Tenner Cenac and
Anthony Alford.
Under approval of minutes, there was a motion by Commissioner Henry, seconded by Commissioner
Chauvin, to approve the meeting minutes dated May 4, 2026. The motion passed without objection.
Under Management’s Report, Jonathan Gautreaux gave updates on the routine maintenance in areas, all
maintenance is done and everything is in working order. He spoke about the Upper Little Caillou closure
due to the incoming weather.

Finance Chairman, Jack Moore, called to order the Board Meeting of the Terrebonne Levee and
Conservation District at the Terrebonne Levee & Conservation District Office located at 220A
Clendenning Road, Houma, Louisiana, at 12:00 P.M. on Monday, May 4, 2026.
Angela Hidalgo led the opening prayer and Commissioner Henry led the Pledge of Allegiance to the
American Flag.
Upon the roll call by Mrs. Hidalgo, Commissioners recorded as present: Moore, Chauvin, Walker,
Davis, Henry, and Cenac. There were three Commissioners recorded as absent, Arlanda Smith,
Anthony Alford and Jeff Daisy.
Under approval of minutes, there was a motion by Commissioner Henry, seconded by Commissioner
Cenac, to approve the meeting minutes dated April 15, 2026. The motion passed without objection.
Under Management’s Report, Jonathan Gautreaux gave updates on J2 which was started. He also confirmed
that Placid Canal will be reopening on Wednesday or Thursday of this week. He spoke about the damage
that was done to the Lower Dularge hole which was repaired.
Jonathan asked for the approval of a five-year lease with Caterpillar Financial Services in the monthly

March 4, 2026
Finance Chairman, Jack Moore, called to order the Board Meeting of the Terrebonne Levee and
Conservation District at the Terrebonne Levee & Conservation District Office located at 220A
Clendenning Road, Houma, Louisiana, at 6:00 P.M. on Wednesday, March 4, 2026.
Angela Hidalgo led the opening prayer and Commissioner Henry led the Pledge of Allegiance to the
American Flag.
Upon the roll call by Mrs. Hidalgo, Commissioners recorded as present: Moore, Chauvin, Walker,
Davis, Daisy, Henry, Alford, Cenac. There was one Commissioners recorded as absent, Arlanda Smith.
Under approval of minutes, there was a motion by Commissioner Henry, seconded by Commissioner
Daisy, to approve the meeting minutes dated February 18, 2026. The motion passed without objection.
Under Management’s Report, Jonathan Gautreaux gave an update on the Boudreaux Canal Sector gate for
some future work that will need to be done.
Trey Middleton gave updates on Reach A, Reach I, and Lower Dularge.
Mr. Middleton asked for the approval of Quote from Compeaux & Sons Construction, LLC for
Installation of the Reach K Upper Water Control Structure Timber Crossing in the Amount of
$22,800.00. Motion by Commissioner Chauvin, seconded by Commissioner Davis. The motion passed
without objection.

Conservation District at the Terrebonne Levee & Conservation District Office located at 220A
Clendenning Road, Houma, Louisiana, at 6:00 P.M. on Wednesday, February 18, 2026.
Angela Hidalgo led the opening prayer and Commissioner Henry led the Pledge of Allegiance to the
American Flag.
Upon the roll call by Mrs. Hidalgo, Commissioners recorded as present: Alford, Moore, Chauvin,
Davis, Daisy, Henry, Walker. There were two Commissioners recorded as absent, Tenner Cenac and
Arlanda Smith.
Under approval of minutes, there was a motion by Commissioner Henry, seconded by Commissioner
Chauvin, to approve the meeting minutes dated February 4, 2026. The motion passed without
objection.
Under Management’s Report, Jonathan Gautreaux was absent.
Trey Middleton gave updates and an end of the year presentation on the HNC lock, Reach A, Reach H-3,
