This is an ordinance to amend the City of Lauderdale Lakes Land Development
Regulations (“LDRs”) to ensure consistency with the recently approved
Comprehensive Plan amendments adopted by the City and approved by the State of
Florida. Specifically, the amendment establishes a maximum residential density of fifty
(50) dwelling units per acre within applicable zoning districts consistent with the Future
Land Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan.

provide mammogram screenings and related medical services to uninsured women in the
