Warren Avenue, on Saturday, August 29, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The event will
feature fire truck tours, bounce houses, food and beverages, games, and more. Please note that
parking is limited near Fire Station 15; however, additional parking is available at the Hospital
Parking across the street.

event. He advised that the only negative comments he observed on social media concerned
reports of a fire during the fireworks display.
Mr. Capizzi explained that a small fire involving the fireworks cakes is not uncommon and
remained contained throughout the event. Headvisedthat this year's display utilized two
bargesrather than a bargeand boardwalk configuration, makingthe fire more visible to
attendees. He noted that the situation was quickly controlled and posedno safety concern.
Hefurther advisedthat local newsstations had contacted the city after seeingsocialmedia
posts, but the incident was quickly resolved after speaking to the Fire Marshal.
