1. CALL TO ORDER: Council Member Kevin Heit called the meeting to order.
a) ROLL CALL: The City Clerk called the roll of the City Council. Mayor Steve
Morrison (7:20 p.m.) and members Hannah Wilson, Katie Shepard, and Kevin
